  • 15:42 tried Rogers' live support (webchat) which only works with IE (FAIL!) ... and then I join another queue #
  • 15:44 is finally talking to someone - 27mins in queue #
  • 15:50 is surprised that the Rogers helpdesk guy has immediately suggested changing the modem - good, that's what I suspect too #
  • 19:41 has exchanged the modem and still cant get online #
  • 19:53 spent another 20mins on hold, then the guy does the "is it plugged in? OK, now unplug it" routine, but finally we're back online - at last! #
