Brave the weather and get out shooting

Anyone who’s met me knows I love winter, so it’s probably no surprise that I love getting outside with my camera. I agree with Andre Gunther that summer is “boring” by comparison, and I can’t wait for a big dumping of snow. It doesn’t look like we’ll have much snow for Saturday’s photo walk but it’ll still be cold – I’m glad I’ll be shooting and not running in the Toronto Santa Speedo Run!

Here are a few of my photos from last winter but check out Andre Gunther’s and the always-awesome Boston.com’s Big Picture.

As always you can find my photos on Flickr; my photo blog has moved domain – it’s now at PaulHenmanPhotography.com

The last picture embodies everything that is awesome about Canadian winters.

The action shot from a park at Danforth & Woodbine? Yeah, I had fun shooting those. Right now it's just bitterly cold - it needs to warm up a bit so we can get some snow.

Very worthwhile page. Your own web site is rather quickly starting to be one of my top picks.
