photos
The last photo update was back in October, although I did post some photos from our Niagara wine tour and Remembrance Day, but here's an overview of the main sets I've taken since October:
Note: these are just a few of the photos I took - there are lots more in the respective albums (i.e. follow the link in the text above the photos) and you can find all my photos (well, at least the last year's photos) at Flickr.

lovely! Great pictures! The falcon and the wine bottles are great. And the sundown pictures.

Thanks; did you check out the other photos in Flickr?

If you're a Flickr user, you can add me as a contact (http://www.flickr.com/people/pah57/relationship/) and I'll add you back.

I didn't check out flickr yet. I am not often around flickr and I've neglected my own photo stream. I've added you though.

I just got an email to say a photo I took at the Montreal beer fest has been published!

Out of curiosity - what kind of camera do you have? I want to get a new one for christmas, but I'm not sure which would generate the same results as yours

I've got a Canon Rebel XTi with a Sigma 18-200mm lens and a Canon 50mm f/1.4 lens.

The body is great, although now Canon have replaced it with the XSi - I've not tried the new model.

If I was buying my lenses again, I'd still get the 50mm f/1.4 lens (I love the clarity) but I'd try to get a faster zoom lens. Of course lenses depend on what type of photos you take, and your budget :)

I started my shopping by reading a lot of specs & reviews, but they're so similar; best thing for me was going in to Henrys, saying I think I want the XTi but I'm not sure, and just talking to the guys there and playing with the different options.

Thanks so much!
Right now I can really only afford something in the $300-400 dollar range. I'm going to Blacks tomorrow to see if they can help me find something!
